This policy explains what information Sensual Survival collects when you use this Site, and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
- Contact details you provide: name, email address, shipping address, and optionally your Discord or Instagram handle.
- Order details: the item type, color notes, size notes, and any reference images you upload for a custom request.
- Payment information: processed directly by Stripe. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and basic transaction details, but we do not see or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data needed to run the Site, such as a session cookie used to keep our admin panel logged in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
2. How we use this information
- To fulfill your order and communicate with you about it (quotes, status updates, shipping confirmation).
- To feature finished custom work in our public gallery or on social media — without your personal contact information attached, and only if you haven't asked us to keep your piece private.
- To respond to questions you send us directly.
3. How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the business:
- Stripe, to process payments.
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
We do not sell your information to third parties, and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing purposes.
4. How long we keep information
We retain order and customer records as long as reasonably needed for business, tax, and customer-service purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below); we'll do so except where we're required to keep transaction records for legal or tax purposes.
5. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you by emailing [privacy@sensualsurvival.store]. If you'd like a completed custom piece kept out of our public gallery, let us know when you submit your request.
6. Children's privacy
This Site is not directed at children, and custom orders require the customer to be 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this page.
